The Mattingly Building is available for small events such as baby showers, bridal showers, and intimate family gatherings. The space accommodates fewer than 100 guests and is available for a $200 rental fee.
Coorporate Event/
Banquet 100+ people
The Mattingly Building is available for corporate events, banquets, and large gatherings accommodating 100 or more guests. The daily rental rate is $300 and includes cleaning.
Weddings
Let us host your wedding at the Mattingly Building. The $1,500 rental includes three days of use: a setup day, your wedding day, and a third day for cleanup, opening gifts, and wrapping up—giving you time to enjoy every moment stress-free.
